Imprint Connect LLC Return and Refund Policy
At Imprint Connect LLC, we take pride in producing high-quality custom apparel, branded merchandise, and decorated products. Each item is made to order and customized specifically for the customer.
Due to the custom nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds once an order has been approved and placed into production.
All Sales Are Final
Because our products are custom-made, personalized, or produced specifically for each customer, Imprint Connect LLC does not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
Incorrect size selection
Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer
Change of mind after purchase
Customer-provided artwork errors
Color expectations due to screen or monitor differences
Delays caused by customer approval, shipping carriers, or third-party circumstances outside of our control
Orders that have already been approved and moved into production
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, artwork, spelling, sizing, colors, quantities, and shipping information before approving an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our work. If an item is damaged, defective, or produced incorrectly due to an error by Imprint Connect LLC, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
A claim does not guarantee a refund. If Imprint Connect LLC determines that the issue was caused by our production error, we may, at our discretion, offer a correction, replacement, or remake of the affected item.
How to Report a Problem
Please email us at info@imprintconnect.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include the following information:
Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Photos of the full order, if applicable
Our team will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
Claims and Timeframe
All claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order. After this period, Imprint Connect LLC will not accept claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
No Refunds
Imprint Connect LLC does not issue refunds due to the custom nature of our products. Approved claims will be handled through correction, replacement, or remake at the discretion of Imprint Connect LLC.
